OVR revises ticket to work memo. 

 

The PA Department of Labor & Industry has issued a notice that it has revised its numbered memo 04-200.05 Ticket to Work Program. This revision was necessary in order to comply with the July 21, 2008 revision to the Ticket to Work and Work Incentive Improvement Act of 1999. OVR said that the OVR revision reflects only those changes required by federal guidance. FMI:
