The Pennsylvania Statewide Independent Living
Council, Pennsylvania Client Assistance Program, Speaking
For Ourselves, and Pennsylvania Protection & Advocacy are
sponsoring this survey.
CareerLinks are One-Stop Centers
that provide comprehensive services to people who are
looking for jobs in Pennsylvania. We would like to know
about your experience with CareerLink as a person with a
disability.
You may fill out the survey and mail it to Pennsylvania
Protection & Advocacy c/o Disabilities Law Project (the
address is on the survey). Or, you may fill out and submit
the survey online at
